We offer women free day and evening support services through a trauma-informed approach. We continue to empower many women in many different ways. We have created ‘women leaders’ who are committed to the ‘making of a better community, by bringing meaningful changes to the lives of those they encounter.
Self-development classes for women, with a focus on mental health, well-being, and self-reflection. Connecting with other women who have lived experiences. Sessions will run through a series of workshops. In-person and virtual programs are available. Every Second Saturday of the month from 1 pm - 2:30 pm.
Providing women with the tools necessary to assist in leading their life, to help motivate, inspire, and encourage other women to pursue their dreams. On the third Friday of every month, a women's support group for women who have encountered domestic violence is held from 7 pm – 9 pm.
We offer free and completely confidential referral and supportive services for women and children who have experienced abuse.
